Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing or using Figibi (the “App”) or visiting figibi.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. About Figibi

Figibi is an independently developed iPhone app by Tolga Cankurt. It provides personal daily check-ins, Daily Score, Daily Reveal, Personal Signals, Weekly Mirror, visual Signatures, shareable Stories, widgets, optional Apple Health integration, and optional Numerology Lens features.

3. Personal reflection, not professional advice

Figibi is designed for personal reflection and general wellness awareness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, diagnostic, treatment, financial or other professional advice.

Daily Scores, Personal Signals, Weekly Mirror content and similar outputs are informational summaries based on the data available to the App. They should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment or emergency care.

4. Numerology

Numerology Lens is optional and intended solely for reflection and entertainment. Numerology results are not factual predictions, diagnoses or guarantees about future events, relationships, health, finances or life outcomes.

5. Apple Health

If you enable Apple Health access, you are responsible for choosing the permissions you grant. Figibi may use permitted Health data to support enabled features, but the App does not guarantee that Health data is complete, current or error-free.

6. Your content and sharing

You remain responsible for the information you enter into Figibi and for content you choose to export or share. When you share content through third-party apps or services, those services’ terms and privacy practices apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App or Website, attempt to interfere with their normal operation, reverse engineer them except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Availability and changes

Figibi may add, change, suspend or remove features over time. The App and Website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, platform changes or circumstances outside the developer’s control.

9. Pricing

Figibi is currently offered free of charge, with no subscription and no advertising in the App. The developer may change the business model or introduce optional paid features in a future version. Any such change will be disclosed through the App Store or the App before purchase.

10. Intellectual property

The Figibi name, design, software, artwork, copy and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Figibi or its content to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated summaries, or freedom from defects.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, Figibi. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Apple terms

Your use of the iOS App is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Figibi except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.

14. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated when Figibi’s features, legal obligations or business model change. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current published version.
