For the fastest help, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Figibi version, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not email sensitive Health information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

Apple Health permissions

Apple Health is optional. If sleep or activity information is missing, review Figibi’s Health permissions in iOS and confirm that the relevant data exists in Apple Health. You can revoke permissions at any time.

Daily Score

Your Daily Score is a reflection tool built from the signals available to Figibi. If optional signals are unavailable, the app may have less information to work with. Daily Score is not a medical measurement or diagnosis.

Personal Signals & Weekly Mirror

These experiences depend on your own history. Figibi is designed to avoid presenting a confident pattern when there is not enough evidence in your check-ins. Some insights may therefore appear only after sufficient history exists.

Widgets

If a widget does not refresh immediately, open Figibi once, confirm that the app has current data, and allow iOS time to refresh the widget. Widget refresh timing is ultimately managed by iOS.

Notifications

If reminders are not appearing, confirm that notifications are enabled for Figibi in iOS Settings and that the relevant reminder is enabled inside the App.

Share cards and Stories

Figibi creates shareable outputs locally. Saving to Photos requires the relevant iOS permission. Sharing through another app is controlled by the iOS share sheet and the destination app.

Numerology Lens is optional and intended for reflection and entertainment only. Its output is not a prediction, diagnosis or professional recommendation.

Privacy

Figibi is local-first, account-free and has no Figibi backend for your personal check-in history. For details, read the Privacy Policy.
