Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Figibi iPhone app (the “App”) and the Figibi website at figibi.com (the “Website”). The App and Website are operated independently by developer Tolga Cankurt.

2. What the App processes

Depending on the features you choose to use, Figibi may process information such as mood check-ins, optional notes or reflection inputs, sleep and activity values, streaks, Daily Score history, Personal Signals, Weekly Mirror content, share-card content, and optional Numerology Lens inputs.

These app features are designed to work locally on your iPhone. Figibi does not require you to create an account and does not upload this personal app data to a Figibi-operated server.

3. Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If you grant permission, Figibi may read the specific Health data types needed for enabled features, such as sleep or activity information. Figibi requests access through Apple’s HealthKit permission system.

• Health access is optional and controlled by you in iOS.
• Figibi does not sell Health data.
• Figibi does not use Health data for advertising.
• Health data is not sent to a Figibi backend.

You can review or revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings / Health permissions.

4. Sharing and exports

Figibi can create cards, images, videos or other shareable outputs. These outputs leave the App only when you choose to save, export or share them using iOS features. Once you share content with another app or service, that destination’s privacy practices apply.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, Figibi may schedule local notifications on your device. Figibi does not require a remote notification service or account to provide its core reminder experience.

6. Numerology Lens

Numerology Lens is optional and intended for reflection and entertainment. Its calculations and explanatory content are designed to run on-device and are not sent to an external AI or numerology service.

7. App analytics and advertising

The App does not use third-party analytics SDKs and does not contain advertising. Figibi does not sell personal app data to advertisers.

8. Website analytics

The Website is separate from the App. The Website currently uses a Google Ads / Google tag to help measure website visits and campaign performance. Google may process technical information such as browser, device, approximate location derived from network information, referral source, and interaction events according to Google’s own policies.

No Figibi App check-in, Health, Daily Score, Personal Signal or Numerology data is sent to the Website analytics tag.

9. Data retention and deletion

Because Figibi’s personal app experience is local-first and account-free, Figibi does not maintain a server-side user profile to delete. You can remove information from the App using available in-app controls, and deleting the App removes its local app container from the device subject to normal iOS backup and restore behavior.

10. Security

Figibi relies on Apple platform security, app sandboxing and device protections available on iOS. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keeping iOS updated and protecting access to your device remain important.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Figibi’s features, legal obligations or website services change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are published.
